Technically, Sugar Fix is a small business.

Very small.

As in… there are two of us and one of us is married to the other.

I’m Jessica — Baker, Decorator & Chief Cookie Overthinker

I’m the hands behind the cookies, the ideas behind the madness, and the person who somehow always thinks, “I can totally fit one more order in.” Spoiler alert: I probably can’t.

My husband is the behind-the-scenes MVP — delivery driver, box builder, heavy lifter, cookie quality-control officer, and Unpaid Employee of the Month. *Every Month*

He married me. Then apparently he married the bakery too. 😂

Together, we’re just two small-town Texans building something sweet, one cookie at a time. ❤️

Meet Jessica

Owner & Head Baker

If you would've told 20 yr-old me that I'd be running my very own little sweets business, I probably wouldn't have believed you.

I’m originally from Sachse, Texas, but these days I call Temple home. When I’m not covered in flour and royal icing, I’m a Registered Dental Hygienist — so yes, I spend my days telling people to floss and my evenings encouraging them to eat cookies. 😂 I like to think that makes me well-rounded.

The Lord is my Savior, my faith is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m incredibly thankful for the blessings that have allowed me to pursue this little dream of mine. He has been SO good to me!

I’ve been baking since my early 20s, and for years I dreamed about having my own little sweets business. What started as something I loved doing for fun and family gifts, slowly turned into Sugar Fix — and I still have to pinch myself sometimes on how far we've come.

There’s a lot of love, sugar, and probably a little bit too much caffeine that goes into every order. I’m so grateful you’re here and even more grateful that you’ve trusted me to be part of your celebrations.
